Office Hours & Phone Availability

Our office phones are available beginning at 7:30 AM to assist you with scheduling and questions.

Office Hours: 

 Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM 

 Closed for lunch: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM

Appointment Scheduling and Confirmation.

For your convenience, we offer same-day appointments for sick visits. We recommend scheduling well visits 6–8 weeks in advance to ensure your child receives their check-up and immunizations on time.

To help manage appointments efficiently, we use an automated system to confirm upcoming visits. You will receive a confirmation call two days before your scheduled appointment. Please listen carefully to the message and follow the prompts to confirm.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you contact our office at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
